  • 1-click flowOn mobile data the operator recognises the subscriber, and one tap confirms.
  • 2-click flowTwo confirmations, on the service page and the operator’s own page.
  • SMS flowThe subscriber sends a keyword to a short code to subscribe.
  • USSD flowSubscription through a USSD menu, with no data connection needed.

Everything a VAS business runs on.

Beyond going live, VMS runs the service day to day. It is the same system behind our own apps.

01

Launch

Put a product live on every connected operator without a new integration.

  • Configuration, not integration

Service, plans and price points per operator, on connections that already exist.

  • Landing pages and templates

Build and manage subscription landing pages from reusable templates, adapted to each operator flow and market.

  • Campaigns and traffic sources

Run campaigns and manage every traffic source in one place, and see which ones bring subscribers who stay.

02

Measure

Know what each product, operator and campaign earns, and where it is heading.

  • ARPU analytics and prediction

Average revenue per user by product, operator, market and cohort, with forecasts of where it is heading.

  • Subscriber and transaction analysis

Every subscription, renewal, charge and churn event, down to the individual subscriber and transaction.

  • Multi-dimensional metrics and reports

Slice any metric by operator, country, product, plan, campaign or date, and build the reports each team needs.

  • Monitoring and alerts

Billing, traffic and conversion watched live, with alerts the moment a metric moves outside its expected range.

03

Operate

Run the service day to day, for every product and market, from one place.

  • Content management

Publish and update the content behind each service from one place, for every product and market.

  • Complaints and support automation

Log subscriber complaints, resolve routine requests automatically and track every case through to closure.

  • User and employee management

Manage platform users and employees, with roles and permissions so each team sees and changes only what it should.

04

Connect

Open the platform to partners who want to plug in their own systems.

  • API docs for third-party partners

Documented APIs so content owners, aggregators and other partners can connect their own systems to VMS.

Fraud stopped at the flow.

Carrier billing flows are protected by third-party anti-fraud, so operators and content owners only see genuine subscriptions.

Questions about VMS

Card billing runs separately on Paypoye.

What is VMS?

VMS, the Value-added services Management System, is our carrier billing platform. It is connected with every operator we bill through, and it runs our own apps as well as partner services.

How long does a new product take to go live?

On our side, a new product is configured and live in seconds, with no new technical integration. Any remaining steps, such as UAT and approval, sit with each mobile operator, so their timing depends on the operator.

Which subscription flows are supported?

PIN, 1-click, 2-click, SMS and USSD flows, depending on what each operator and market allows.

How is fraud handled?

Carrier billing flows are protected by third-party anti-fraud from MCP Insight, Empello and Evina.

Do you act as an aggregator?

In some countries, yes: we act as an aggregator, connecting services from other content providers to mobile operators through VMS.

Does VMS handle card payments?

No. VMS is for carrier billing only. Card billing runs on Paypoye, our separate card billing platform.
